Section 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on c33bmw, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You do not already hold an existing c33bmw account under any name, email address, device, or payment method.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not under a self-exclusion agreement with c33bmw or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• You agree to promptly update your account information should any of the registered details change.

c33bmw reserves the right to verify your identity at any point by requesting government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Section 2

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on c33bmw are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Section 3

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

c33bmw offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts and qualifying game types, are specified for each promotion.

Section 4

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on c33bmw. Specific rules for individual game types (cricket, live casino, slots, crash, jackpots) are available within the relevant game lobby:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. c33bmw will not reverse bets on the grounds that a player placed them in error, except where a proven system error affected the outcome.
• In the event of a verifiable technical fault that corrupts a game round or betting event, c33bmw reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.
• Winnings are credited to the player's c33bmw account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or event.
• c33bmw reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of concurrent bets available to any player account at its sole discretion, without obligation to explain the reason.
• For sports betting markets, including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.) shall determine the official result where applicable.
• In-play (live) bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to a data feed delay or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on c33bmw. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using c33bmw for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering, or any other strategy intended to extract value beyond the intended scope of a promotion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks through a payment provider after depositing funds. Players who initiate chargebacks may have their accounts permanently closed and the relevant amounts pursued for recovery.
• Underage gambling: Any attempt by a person under the age of 21 to register or access c33bmw.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law. In all cases where c33bmw is found liable, the total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the twelve months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

• Step 3 — Final Decision: Following the senior review, c33bmw will issue a written final decision. This decision represents c33bmw's final position on the matter within its internal dispute resolution process.

c33bmw strives to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. The platform values its relationship with Bangladeshi players and treats every complaint as an opportunity to improve service quality.

Section 11

Amendments and Severability

c33bmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication at c33bmw.pro/terms-conditions. Players who continue to use the platform after any amendment is published will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If any individual provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms entirely. The remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Section 12

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the c33bmw Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each available on this website), constitute the entire agreement between you and c33bmw with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by c33bmw of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of c33bmw to be effective.
